How do I fill my progress bar and level up?

Progression through ranks works in a very simple way – when you place your bets (wager) on different games, you make progress toward the next rank. Once you reach 100%, you move to a higher rank. The more you bet, the faster you’ll progress. Sports tickets are processed within 15-30 minutes after the last event on the ticket has finished.
Bingo tickets and Virtual Games are processed within 1-2 minutes after completion.

Can I lose my progress and rank if I am inactive?

As with loyalty programs, rewards are given to those who have earned them the most, and these are the most loyal users. As players bet, they progress toward the next rank. Similarly, players who are inactive for 30 days (without betting) will gradually begin to lose progress and drop to lower ranks.

How to participate in Winza RACES?

Each race has a different scoring multiplier. For example, if the multiplier for one race is 1, you will earn 1 point for every 1 Br wagered. If the multiplier is 2 in another race, you will earn 2 points for every 1 Br wagered.
Additionally, bets on sports and live matches triple your points even if the multiplier is 1.

To participate in the Winza Races, all you need is to be an active member of the Winza Club.
You collect points by playing your favorite games. The more you play, the more points you earn!

How can I progress faster?

Faster progression is available when you bet on Sports, where the multiplier is x3. This means that for each bet placed on Sports, you will get a slightly higher progress based on the amount you wagered. For example, for a certain amount of credit wagered on Sports, you will get 3% progress, while for the same amount wagered in the casino, you would get 1%.

Similarly, you can purchase a Boost within the Shop to further increase your progression speed on any type of game!

What is a boost and how is it used?

A boost allows you to accelerate your progress through levels. For example, if you make 10% progress with a certain amount of credit, by purchasing and activating a boost with a multiplier of 1.2, you would achieve 12% progress.

What kind of rewards can I earn inside Winza Club?

The main goal is to reward those players who have been and remain the most loyal and active. To achieve this, we have designed a set of different rewards and bonuses that will reward players both in the short and long term.

Short-term bonuses (rank-up) are awarded upon reaching the next rank or level within a rank, while long-term rewards continue to reward players on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for their activity within a specific rank or level.

When are weekly and monthly rewards given?

Monthly rewards are awarded on the first day of the month.

Weekly rewards are awarded on Mondays.

How does the "Boost" work?

To provide maximum support to our players, we’ve added the option to purchase a “Boost.” A Boost, in its simplest form, allows players to multiply their progress through ranks by a specific (predefined) number, which lasts for a set period of time.

For example, a player can purchase a Casino Boost within the Shop that lasts for 30 minutes, with a multiplier of 3x. In this case, the total amount wagered during those 30 minutes will have a triple (3x) effect on the Progress Bar, speeding up the rank advancement process.

Players can choose from different Boost options (multipliers) in the Shop: – Sport Boost – increases progress based on the wagered amount on sports – Lottery Boost – increases progress based on the wagered amount on lottery games – Casino Boost – consists of four different types:

Global Casino Boost – a Boost that applies to all casino games and providers
Casino Provider Boost – a Boost that applies only to specific casino game providers (e.g., Evona)
Casino Game-Specific Boost – a Boost that applies only to a specific set of casino games
Bundle Boosts – a combination of two types of boosts, such as Sport Boost and Lottery Boost, or even a boost that applies to up to 3 different casino providers.

How does rank-up bonus work?

As soon as you level up, you will receive certain rewards. These can vary depending on the rank or level you reach. Some of the most common and popular rewards include:

Some of the most common daily rewards include daily free spins on the Wheel of Fortune or daily bonus credits, while weekly and monthly rewards are usually CASHBACK in the form of credits. The amount of cashback depends on the player’s current rank and level, as well as the total wagers made and the total losses accumulated during the given period. What is bonus credit and how does it work?

There are 3 types of bonus credits you can receive on our platform:

Bonus 1: The amount awarded to your account in the form of bonus credit must be wagered a certain number of times. Through the Loyalty Club, this type of bonus will be marked with a multiplier indicating the number of spins.
Example: 10€ (5) means you will receive 10€ that you must wager 5 times.
Bonus 2: The winnings from this bonus will automatically transfer to your real credit, which you can use as you wish. This type of bonus will only show the bonus amount.
Bonus 3: The stake from the winnings of this bonus will be deducted, and the remaining winnings will transfer to your real credit. This type of bonus will be marked with the letter D.
Example: 10€ (D) indicates a bonus amount of 10€ that is deductible.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Bonus credit does not affect progress through levels or Battle Pass!
Only after you spend the entire amount of bonus credit or the bonus credit converts into real credit will your progress start.
If the progress bar isn’t filling, check your bonus credit.
Betting on sports tickets with bonus credit will only be possible if you meet the ticket betting conditions (minimum odds per selection 1.30 and a minimum of 3 selections).

Any winnings achieved with bonus credit are subject to the condition of maximum conversion of bonus credit into real credit.

How does cashback work?

How does bonus credit affect the Battle Pass?

If you have bonus credit available on your account, you will not be able to complete missions within the Battle Pass. You will first need to spend the bonus credit or transfer it to real credit in order to continue progressing.

How do I get Chests?

You can get the chests by participating in general activities within the Winza Club, as well as by purchasing in the Shop.

How do I get Keys?

You can get keys by participating in general activities within the Winza Club, as well as by making purchases in the Shop.

How do I open Chests?

Each chest requires a corresponding key.
For example, an Enchanted Chest can only be opened with an Enchanted Key. If you own an Enchanted Chest and a Bewitched Key, you will not be able to open the Enchanted Chest.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
One (1) key only opens one (1) chest.
For example: if you have one Enchanted Key, you can only open one Enchanted Chest!

What is Collection?

The collection is a set of different challenges and tasks. By completing challenges and tasks, you progress towards unlocking the collection. Each collection has a special set of challenges and tasks.
By completing the entire collection, you unlock valuable rewards!
